All bookings are taken on a Saturday to Saturday
basis. However, for the 2011 and 2012 festive season periods only
we will offer mid-week to mid-week bookings to accommodate the Christmas
and New Year dates.
The
above prices are all inclusive of heating, electricity, and bed linen.
Towels
are not provided, and you should please bring your
own towels with you.
Well-behaved pets (maximum 2) are welcome by prior arrangement (free of charge).
A 20%
non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the
remaining balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Payment
in full is required at the time of booking if there are less than 6
weeks remaining until the start of your holiday.
We do
not charge a booking fee.
In the
event of cancellation, payments (other than the deposit) will be
refunded only if we are successful in re-letting the week(s) you
have booked. It is therefore wise to effect appropriate holiday
cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
As a small business, current financial services
regulations do not permit us to offer cancellation insurance so it is not included with your booking but your
insurance company or insurance broker should be able to assist in
arranging this cover.
In order
to place a booking, we require a completed Booking Form together with
the appropriate payment by cheque.
We regret
that, as a small business, we are unable to accept payment by credit or
debit card.
For payments from outside the UK we are able to accept
transactions via International Bank Transfer. This is on the proviso
that the payment is made in British pounds sterling and that the
holidaymaker accepts full responsibility for the bank charges.
